The focus of these joint inspections was to consider the effectiveness of services for children and young people up to the age of 18 at risk of harm. The inspections looked at the differences community planning partnerships were making to the lives of children and young people at risk of harm and their families.

In August 2025 we published an overview report which highlighted learning from 15 inspections, including 12 key messages. You can also access individual inspection reports here.
