This will be relevant to anyone working in the CYP sector, such as staff, managers and senior management teams.
This webinar will provide an overview of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 in relation to children and young people. The Act will affect legislation that guides the requirements of the services you currently provide. For regulatory purposes, those changes include the redaction of regulation 15 from the Scottish Statutory Instruments which you currently work towards.
