Towards the end of 2016, the Health and Social Care Delivery Plan made a commitment to refresh their actions on health literacy.

 

They have now published this refreshed action plan. It has been developed collaboratively. They want to continue in that way as they implement its actions. There's lots of work to do to make Scotland a more health literate nation, so they're keen for your support.
