Care Home and other non-NHS sectors

Colleagues in the non-NHS sectors would find it very beneficial if an invite to any NHS Board educational activities in relation to revalidation could be extended. Swaran Rakhra from Scottish Care is very happy to co-ordinate the dissemination of any relevant activities and he can be contacted at This email address is being protected from spambots. National Co-ordination roles

Scottish Government are really pleased to announce that Lee McGuinness (NHS Lothian) and Eleanor Lang (GJNH) have been appointed as part-time national co-ordinators to support the implementation of revalidation. Lee and Eleanor will each be working two days per week from late March until October, and will focus on supporting all organisations, with a particular emphasis on the social care sector, and monitoring the implementation of revalidation.
