The next Personal Outcomes Network meeting is on Thursday 28th February 2019, from 9.30am till 3.30pm in Fifteen Ninety Nine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, 232-242 Street, Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5RJ. The theme for this meeting will be ‘Personal outcomes and planning with the person’… whether we call this personal, care or support planning.

In the morning, presenters will share examples from different sectors and a broad range of health and social care settings. In the afternoon, we are trying a different format from usual in response to positive feedback from members about using PON sessions to exchange practical tools and resources. This will be a ‘show and tell’ so please bring along examples of approaches/tools/resources you use for personal planning. This can also include, for example, staff development materials to support personal planning.
