IRIC safety action notice


NHS Facilities Scotland Incident Reporting & Investigation Centre have issued an urgent safety action notice for the recall of Vernacare hygiene products associated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.

Any social care setting using or having any of these items in use, should undertake the corrective action outlined in the safety notice to ensure people experiencing care and staff safety.
