Health Improvement Scotland are currently updating their Pressure Ulcer change package and measurement plan which was developed as part of the improvement programme from 2017, Reducing Pressure Ulcer in Care Homes.
Following expert reference groups, the updated change package has been co-designed following consultation with various professionals from across a range of care settings in Scotland including NHS Boards and care homes. The Acute Care portfolio would value feedback and suggestions from individuals or teams prior to launch.
