The Scottish Government has commissioned us to consult with a range of people and stakeholders about a staffing method framework for staff and managers in care homes for adults. This is in preparation for the implementation of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 in 2024.
We have developed a draft staffing model framework and we want to find out what you think by completing a short survey.

To complete the survey, login (or register) to our consultation platform, CitizenLab. The survey will close on Tuesday 28 February.
Your response will help inform the future development of the framework. We are particularly keen to hear if the staffing framework is something that should be used by staff and managers across care homes for adults in Scotland.
