This webinar will introduce our quality framework for nurse agencies and also introduce staff to the Self-evaluation toolkit which has emerged from the learnings of our previous work on the Covid-19 Self-Evaluation Toolkit for key question 7 from discussions with services and inspectors.

This session is intended to answer any questions you may have after the introduction of the framework and Self-evaluation toolkit.
We plan to discuss:
- Introducing the framework followed by a questions and answers (Q&A) session
- How the Self-Evaluation toolkit works, followed by a Q&A session
