As the Chancellor confirmed in the Budget, Tax-Free Childcare will shortly be rolling out. This follows the completion of the current trial, through which the service is being tested with parents.
Tax-Free Childcare will be introduced from next month, in a controlled way. It will then gradually rollout - parents of younger children will be able to apply first and all eligible parents will be able to benefit by the end of this year. Parents will be able to apply for all of their children at the same time, when their youngest child qualifies.

As you are aware, parents will be able to apply for both Tax-Free Childcare and for those in England 30 hours free childcare at the same time, through a joint childcare service.
Parents can now sign up to receive an email update which will notify them when they are able to apply.
