The Care Inspectorate will now allow applicants for registration to use Post Office ID verification services for individuals. This will give all applicants the option of paying a £7.15 charge for Post Office ID verification rather than always coming in person to a Care Inspectorate office.
The option of coming to one of our offices will remain. Most but not all Post Offices provide the ID verification service, so applicants will need to check this with their local Post Office or via the Post Office Counters website.
