Renfrewshire Palliative Care Project team are conducting a survey to gain people’s thoughts and experience of the palliative services provided within Renfrewshire. Finding out local people’s experience will help shape how this project goes forward and meets the needs of local people.

The questionnaire will be sent out to you along with a stamped addressed envelope for you to complete and send back.
