Fit for the Future is a project dedicated to inspiring better outcomes for older people in Scotland by working with providers from the independent sector. This work is a partnership between IRISS and Scottish Care and is focused on supporting the independent sector to engage with the challenges and opportunities of the future.
From close working with providers, older people and their carers they have developed a series of case studies which they hope will inspire and inform their audience to embrace change.
