Phase Three - Reporting

Please note that the week numbers are indicative only and subject to change, particularly during holiday periods etc. 

Week 20

The inspection lead, depute inspection lead and scrutiny partners meet with the CPP to discuss the key messages, high level findings and priority areas for improvement based on the inspection findings.

Weeks 21-24 The inspection lead completes report writing.
Week 25

Inspection lead and depute inspection lead attend the Care Inspectorate’s Quality and Consistency Panel to agree findings in relation to the five inspection questions and evaluations in relation to the four quality indicators. Week 26 Draft report containing evaluations is sent to the CPP for comment. 
Week 27 Inspection lead, depute inspection lead and the link inspector meet with the CPP to discuss the draft report. 
Week 28

The CPP returns its collective comments on the report to the inspection lead. These will be addressed and the partnership advised of any amendments made prior to publication.

Week 33  Advance publication of report.
Week 34

Report published. An accessible version subsequently provided to young people.

CPP subsequently completes post-inspection questionnaire to provide feedback on their experience of the joint inspection.
