Salary: £24,987 - £28,707

Location: Any Care Inspectorate Office (there will be a requirement to work 2 days per week in Edinburgh or Dunfermline)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Temporary for 6 months

About the Role

The Organisational and Workforce Development (OWD) Team are focused on supporting colleagues in their role to make a difference in the quality of care for Scotland. The team’s purpose is to work collaboratively to develop our organisation and its workforce to be the best and to do that with energy, drive and determination.

The OWD Team provides a wide range of support from inspecting to involving people who experience care in shaping what we do, through to positively engaging and developing our staff and the wider organisational culture.

A temporary opportunity has arisen to join our OWD team supporting our communications and engagement remit with immediate start. The post holder will support the Communications and Internal Engagement team to develop and deliver key internal engagement projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role working in a busy fast-moving environment, with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of digital communication projects. A high level of knowledge and experience in office 365, demonstrable interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication are also essential.
