NHSGGC are running short educational sessions around the use of sheaths.

The sessions are open to anyone including care inspectorate staff who have an interest in learning about sheaths as an alternative to long term catheterisation or other bladder containment issues.

Time: Sessions start at 11am and the last session starts at 3pm

There is no need to book, just come along and spend 45 mins learning more about the benefits of using uro sheath.

Certificate of attendance will be provided and these events offers 45 minutes shared learning towards your revalidation

 Also, NHSGGC has developed an educational film clip on the selection, use and fitting of Uro Sheaths.  It highlights the importance of exploring the use of uro sheaths as an alternative approach to caring for men  who  present with urinary dysfunction.
