We have worked with NHS Education for Scotland to develop a pocket-sized booklet for care at home staff.
This highlights the steps that staff can take to help the people that they care for.
These include:
- asking the person about falls
- knowing what can help the person to stay well
- supporting the person to keep their home environment safe.
